DRAKE has many sophisticated and approved features which were developed especially for the use in companies, teams and projects. The follwing key-features are relevant for the users:
A well arranged interface
DRAKE offers a friendly, well-arranged interface. All features are easy to find and simple to use. Main Tabs help to divide huge amounts of contents into different areas – e.g. to organize multiple clients in one instance. Each main tab can be organized in a completely independent way: Simply assign different colors to each section, or create individual navigation structures.

Flexible navigation – based on 'Faceted Search'
Instead of 'clicking through' hierarchical tree structures, you simply filter your requested result with a few clicks. How many filters you choses, and in which order, is totally up to you. The way you browse through the content doesn't need to follow any central logic - it follows your way of understanding. This is ingeniously simply – and simply ingenious!

Full-Text-Search – including attachments
The search engine used by DRAKE doesn't only index node contents – it also searches file attached to them. Given these files have a machine readable format, like PDF, .XLS, .TXT or .DOC, they will be listed in the search results. Little icons indicate if the search result is within an article or in a file attachment.
Easy references
If an article in DRAKE references other articles, these references are displayed in a central list below the article text, not somewhere within the text (as long as you want it this way). This makes long articles with lots of references way more reader-friendly. Of course you can also use backlinks, which are set automatically. This way relating content always is only a click away.

Personal Bookmarks
Every user in DRAKE can create and edit a personal list of favorites. A favorite can be a single article, a fulltext search, even a certain combination of filter terms within the guided search. This way everyone can reduce the number of recurring clicks, and speed up his personal version of DRAKE.
