Create content quickly.

Creating new articles with DRAKE is just as easy as filling out a form. In fact, it's exactly that! Each article-type has it's own form, which works like a checklist and prevents you from forgetting important settings. All aspects and settings reagrding one article are displayed on on page with collapsible sections. And thanks to the integrated WYSIWYG editor creating the actual content is easy and intuitive.

Publish your articles in advance.

Each step of the publishing workflow can be scheduled. Just write an article today and set the publication date to next tuesday at 11pm.Or publish an article today and let it automatically 'de-publish' in two weeks. This gives you full control over your published content – and saves you a lot of time.

Let your users confirm selected articles.

Sometimes you need to make sure that an article isn't only available for everyone, but also that every user has read it effectively. Especially in customer care projects, this can be essential! For DRAKE, we created a great feature which requests your users to confirm selected articles electroncially (comparable to the 'Terms of use' option you might know from many internet shops). With one click you can monitor which users already confirmed an article.

Prioritize display of important articles.

Some content is more relevant or urgent than other content. That's why we added the 'important' tag for articles. If an author assigned this status to an article, you can emphasize the display of these important articles throughout your whole navigation process. This prevents you from losing track when dealing with larger amounts of relevant articles, so you can focus on the important ones.

Re-using content.

Simply duplicate articles with the click of a button, to create similar articles with minor adjustments. Or save time by creating content snippets which can be inserted over and over again. All this minimizes your work and helps you to maintain a consistent look for your content.
