DRAKE is the result of more than 2 years of development. And this doesn’t just include programming – in fact, here at helpworx we didn’t even know Drupal very well before we started to work on this project. That’s why we collaborate with some of the most experienced Drupal developers available. And although we learned a lot about Drupal and its endless possibilities, we still don’t look at ourselves as software developers. But we do know a lot about how a knowledge management tool should look like and behave to fit perfectly into a corporate environment.
So what does helpworx do exactly?
In short, helpworx is a knowledge management consultant and services provider focusing on customer support applications for major corporations. We help clients deploy internal help desks, collaboration and online customer service portals from planning to content structuring to enduser support. Applications like DRAKE can dramatically reduce call-back rates, information searches and redundancies. Along with that,
